IT Support Contracts
Standard support contracts are prepaid contracts that suit an individual client's needs and requirements that comprise one of the three standard contract support options shown below. The cost of this contract is based upon the size and type of the infrastructure being supported and the support option chosen.
Each support contract contains an SLA (Service Level Agreement) which outlines the roles and responsibilities of both parties. Our standard contract gives you a guaranteed response time to a request for support. The standard is a 4 hour response although, if specified and if both parties are in agreement; this can be lower for critical devices. You can be assured that the skill / knowledge level of the engineer is always of a very high standard.
As part of the contract an engineer will conduct an onsite audit to familiarise themselves with your IT systems. They will document their findings and if necessary make recommendations on how to improve your systems. You are under no obligation to follow through with these recommendations.
Bespoke Contracts - Enquire
Bespoke support contracts are prepaid tailor made contracts that suit an individual client's needs and requirements that comprise two or more of the standard contract support options.

Time Block Contracts - Enquire
Time blocks are tailor made packages that contain a mixture of days or half days that can combine one or more of the standard contract support options. Due to the fact that you would be purchasing time rather than just a support contract, this time can be utilised in any way you wish. For example: - When purchasing onsite support, this can be used for general IT support issues as well as networking projects (such as the replacing of all the computers on your network), assistance with office moves relating to IT equipment etc.
The time used would be tracked by office staff and you would receive regular updates of how much of your block you have remaining. The obvious benefit of this system, rather than a monthly contract, is that the time is used efficiently and when required. Whether this time takes six months or one month to deplete, it can be topped up as necessary.

Pay As You Go Contracts - Enquire
The cost of pay-as-you-go support is determined by an agreed hourly rate and is charged upon completion of the required support services for only the time used.
You are entitled at any time to upgrade from pay-as-you-go support to one of our standard, bespoke or time block contracts which carry further benefits such as guaranteed response times and reduced support rates.
